Responsibilities:
Candidates applying for this position must be proficient in the following:
- Software implementation, troubleshooting, support and documentation
- Integrate software with existing systems
- Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
- Project Management
- Install & troubleshoot various hardware and software.
- Setup new hires
- Maintain IT inventory including hardware and software.
- Resolve issues in person and via remote software
- Manage and utilize the IT ticketing system.
- Undertake and Support sites and document the results with proper follow-up.
- Answer the Help Desk phone and emails in courteous and friendly manner.
- Configure Windows 8, Windows Server 2008/2012 and other Microsoft products.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members.
- Travel to company sites for meetings, integration, testing, implementation and support.
- Successful candidates should have strong PC & Network troubleshooting skills and be able to resolve basic to advanced hardware, software, and connectivity problems quickly.
Education and Experience:
The most qualified candidates can possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree in data Systems, engineering or a related discipline. Equivalent and directly connected work expertise is also substituted for a degree.
Strong social skills in an exceedingly team-based development surroundings
Technical creative thinking
Required Skills and Competencies:
SharePoint administration
Maintaining security and permissions to manage access and different connected environments
Strong Communication skills – verbal and written.
Excellent client service skills.
Must be able to multitask and handle a good style of issues.
